Nivedita is a Digital HR transformation leader and has worked with global clients across North America, EMEA, Asia and Australia. She has more than 17 years of experience in Organization Change Management, Talent Management, HR Analytics, systems design and end-to-end implementation of HR solutions for large multi-national organizations and startups. She has significant leadership experience in transforming people functions through organization design, restructuring, business process innovation and leveraging technology advantage. Nivedita has advised CXOs on technology interventions to improve people functions. Her industry experience ranges across Automobile, Manufacturing, Banking, Educational, Technology, and Logistics companies and has led HR Technology initiatives through organization restructuring, M&A, exponential growth and rebranding.
She has worked in Delivery lead positions at PwC, Oracle and IBM. At PwC, she led HR and Payroll systems upgrade for Punjab National Bank – one of the largest Oracle PeopleSoft installations.
She also led the team that designed the first ever blackberry mobile integration with HR solutions. In her assignments at Jubilant Group of Companies – she accomplished HR Process harmonization across 13 group companies in India and USA, spread across manufacturing, pharma, retail, aviation and oil exploration.
Nivedita led Business HR Function for an Cuddles Foundation, a Presidential awardee NGO. Her contribution in culture and policy implementation culminated in a ‘Top 10 NGOs in India’ certification from Great Place to Work.
Nivedita works very closely with startups and has advised several early stage startups in Fin-tech, Retail, Education on Talent acquisition & retention strategy.
Last but not the least, Nivedita is a Computer Science engineer from Institute of Engineering and Technology , Lucknow and completed Executive Program in Business Management from IIM Calcutta. In her spare time, she mentors children on digital citizenship.
