Sunil Pande │ Principal
Sunil has more than 20 years of global strategy, investments and commercial operations experience with multinational companies and management consulting firms. He has been instrumental in developing strategic platforms for consumer product companies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in United States, India, China, Middle East and Latin America.
Sunil has proven track record of developing winning strategies and successfully commercializing the ideas into new products and services. He has led cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to spearhead new market entry, brand launch, new product innovation and customer development. Sunil has held strategic and investment advisory roles at corporate headquarters as well as possess hands-on execution assignments within business units.
For past 10 years, Sunil gained experience in corporate strategy, business development and marketing functions at Tyson Foods, Inc. where he led planning and implementation of company’s global market entry strategy. He led commercial due diligence leading to successful joint ventures formation and start-up operations in India and China. He led strategy development for US $500M+ capital investment in Asia and managed commercial operations to launch Tyson brand in China and India Retail and Foodservice channels. Sunil also extensively engaged with the American Chamber of Commerce, US India Business Council, US China Business Council among other global business leadership forums in US and Asia.
His previous experience includes working for premier consulting firms like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Corporate Executive Board (CEB) and Indian Army. Sunil holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Sunil currently lives in the USA with his wife and daughter. He has keen interest in cricket, tennis and music with passion for global travel.
