    In a career spanning 25 years, across two continents, Arindam has donned many hats as a strategist, entrepreneur, marketeer and an avid follower of pop culture and global music trends.

    A well experienced brand and consumer empathy specialist, with in-depth strategic and business focus, Arindam enjoys building convergence and singularity from purpose to action to deliver business growth with strategic initiatives in building brand relevance and an integrated approach to communication design and development.

    He is inspired by how cultural connections that are at the root of catalysing brands and business and it fuels a belief that enriching perspectives on youth culture, social dynamics drive the ideas that matter the most.

    He has worked with leading creative advertising networks in India at Ogilvy, McCann, Grey, BBDO and Saatchi and Saatchi, and in marketing leadership roles steering teams and catalysing brands across Telecom, Beverages, Foods, Confectionery, FMCG, Media, Entertainment, Automotive, Apparel and Financial Services, that have won effectiveness and creative awards but most of all delivered on business performance and brand growth.

    He has had a diverse portfolio of local, regional and multinational brands across India, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Mozambique and Botswana. He was instrumental in setting up the strategy planning function for Scanad, a WPP Scangroup company, across the Sub Saharan Africa region. Post setting up of the planning team at Scanad, he moved to Godrej, as the GM of Marketing for East Africa where he was responsible for FMCG categories like Hair care, Home Care, Personal Care and Hair extensions.

    Arindam is also a passionate social entrepreneur with a focus on developing biomimicry solutions that are safe for the environment and fuel a circular economy. He ventured into a grass-root, sustainable venture out of Kenya and launched his own brand PaperAlive focused on delivering unique sustainable paper packaging solutions to organisations reduce their carbon footprint.

    Arindam is a creative strategist straddling Strategic Marketing, Brand & Innovation with the passion of an entrepreneur and attributes his growth and development to the brands he has been associated with and to the opportunities and challenges that demanded constructive inspiration to fuel ideas that had longevity, easily executable and rooted in business reality.
