Way back, Pranay prime moved systems-led sales and reporting structures, information capture in a transparent manner in Marico, which led to transformation of FMCG from old paper recording to paperless records avoiding confusion and chaos in figures. Distribution at Godrej Sara-Lee was redefined with splitting age-old channel sales into Premium and Mass Trade with visibility across 15K premium outlets in India with exclusive service. As a leader in Bambino Agro, Ravalgaon Sugar, and Elite Food, PC was involved in branding, process-oriented working, scaling operations in HORECA, and migration of business to various geographies
Thereafter, 2 years as director of Nandan Products have displayed the capacity to work, expand and deliver results. 7 years expedition as a business consultant has been special due to varied experience in industries like Agro-Machinery, EV, Pyrolysis, Commercial Furniture, Carbon Credit, Industrial Automation, and last but not the least, Stock trading & analysis.
